Early Stage and Venture Financing
Wealbridge specializes in finding exceptional early stage opportunities and partnering those opportunities with the best support systems so those opportunities can reach their optimum potential. Our definition of early stage investing is any point along a company’s evolution from pre-revenue / start up to $25m and a decade of history but looking for assistance to grow to that next level. Wealbridge seeks out companies that are well positioned within growth sectors, that have a proven world class management team, that are hungry and passionate about disrupting their market space and leaving their mark on society.

Secured-Revenue Debt Financings
Wealbridge utilizes unique and cutting edge structured finance products to secure future revenues and then further leverage these otherwise illiquid assets, allowing them to serve as a basis for debt capital transactions. Wealbridge’s structured finance products can be utilized in virtually any type of debt transaction, including leveraged acquisitions, management buy-outs, both term and revolving debt transactions, short term debt, bridge financings, and/or limited recourse project financings, just to name a few. This allows Wealbridge to increase the availability of capital, reduce our clients’ cost of capital, and reduce or eliminate lending covenants in virtually any type of debt capital raising transaction.

Distressed Situations
Given the limited access to capital in today’s market, many companies are experiencing potential for a default scenario due to restrictive lending covenants. By utilizing our unique structured products we are able to substantially mitigate the risk associated with current cash flows and use this as a basis to refinance and/or consolidate existing debt, minimize the severity of lending covenants, and allow our clients to operate more efficiently and profitably within their current debt structure, and/or within a different debt structure with a new lender.

Buy-Side Acquisition Services
Another aspect of the utilization of Wealbridge’s products is for acquisitions. With our unique processes, Wealbridge can give it’s clients the ability to obtain efficient capital structures for a potential target company during the acquisition process. This allows firms the ability to purchase companies that may otherwise have been cost prohibitive, or in some cases can lower the amount of equity necessary for the transaction to occur.

Sell-Side Services
In a divestiture scenario Wealbridge can add liquidity to a marketplace that may otherwise not be there. Through the design and implementation or our products we can work hand-in-hand with our clients to develop a plan and find the appropriate valuation as well as the expansion of a potential marketplace for the sale transaction.

Private Placement of Hybrid and Equity Capital
Wealbridge also arranges placement of equity (and/or hybrid capital) on behalf of small and middle-market clients, and/or clients involved in project finance. Wealbridge differentiates itself from other investment resources by utilizing our innovative structured finance products to deliver optimal terms for our clients. Wealbridge maintains active relationships with numerous institutional investors, private equity funds, hedge funds, regional commercial banks, and insurance companies. Whether our client requires growth capital, or raising equity in connection with a project financing, Wealbridge’s extensive financial network, along with the utilization of our proprietary structured finance products, enable our professionals to deliver superior and unique financing solutions to our clients that would otherwise be unavailable in the marketplace.
